Shipping policy

 

Please make sure to double check that your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for any packages being lost due to inaccurate addresses or postal confusion. If a package is lost, please file a claim with your local UPS.

All packages will be sent out perfectly intact and fresh as can be! All orders are shipped via UPSl, and will include tracking numbers. We are not responsible for your packages once they are in UPS's hands. Once a shipment is brought to UPS, we have no control over that shipment. 

Any tracking or further questions should be taken up with your local postal services.
